Cookie Dough Balls

Makes 14-20 balls l 10 minutes

You will need:

3 cups Almond meal 

1/2 cup Vanilla protein powder 

1 cup Coconut oil, melted

1 cup Peanut butter

1 Tbsp maple syrup 

100g Dark chocolate, roughly chopped 

Salt

In a bowl, mix the almond meal, protein powder, nut butter and salt until everything is well combined. 

Then add the wet ingredients into the bowl- coconut oil and maple syrup- before adding the dark chocolate. Mix well. 

Roll the mixture into approximately 14-20 balls before putting in the freezer to set for about 30- 60minutes. 

Then store in an air tight container in the fridge. 

Other additions to consider:

Flaxseeds, ground- great source of essential fatty acids and phytoestrogens

Tahini, hulled- great source of calcium
